Seminar to Help California Employers Comply with Complex Laws Regarding Employee Leaves and Terminations

These two areas of employment law are the source of perennial confusion and legal risk for California employers. In response to that feedback, ERI has gathered top experts in California employment law who will spend two days addressing these topics in depth. "This is not human resources 101," says Humphrey. The instructors are experienced California employment law attorneys who know the ins and outs of the laws in this area, including the subtle nuances that can trip employers up. Conference sessions have been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification though the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, all conference sessions constitute California-specific HR-related continuing education activities for PHR-CA and SPHR-CA recertification. Full conference attendees are eligible for up to 12 recertification credits. The sessions are also approved for 12.5 hours of MCLE credit by the State Bar of California.
