V2VIP service is a SIP-based platform that can replace traditional telephone service while adding video to the call. For camera-shy users, the V2VIP Voice plan offers the HT386 at no charge. The HT386 offers caller ID, voicemail with LED indicator, 3-way conferencing, all of the popular telephony features and supports two independent SIP accounts or SIP server platforms and a PSTN pass through line for toggling operations between SIP and PSTN networks.
