However, even if you have a tuner, some programs are copyright protected, which means that you will only be able to see the video on the computer of the original recording. So, you will need to check and see if you have permission to make a DVD.

However, before you start burning those disks, you need to ensure that you do not violate any copyrights or intellectual property rights by doing so.
