Clear Channel's KBFM Radio Partners with RadioVoodoo To Provide Emergency Phone Lines that Keep Texans Updated on Hurricane Dolly with Real Time Upda

New York, NY (PRWEB) July 29, 2008 -- Last week tropical cyclone Dolly wreaked havoc on southern Texas, causing over $1.5B in damage. In this tragic time Texas listeners turned to their local radio station KBFM for real-time reporting, storm tracking, and emergency information. By calling KBFM's Hurricane Dolly news and information line, communities gained direct access to the storm tracking center and emergency services information. Several media outlets including local cable, television and radio stations worked together to promote a common telephone number that listeners could dial for critical information.
